Description

Regiscope's Parcel Cam is the first line of defense in the air cargo supply chain. Designed for use on the countertop with walk-in customers and unknown shippers tendering packages for shipment, Parcel cam captures digital photos of those individuals and their credentials, along with a fingerprint. this information is associated with the tracking numbers or air waybills at the drop off point, and can be immediately available via secure network connection for purposes of analysis, investigation and track and trace, should it become necessary. Knowing that they are being screened, and images of their face and ID along with biometric data are being captured at the point of attack, would-be predators are deterred from tendering dangerous cargo in the first place.

Parcel Cam is a low cost, easy to use security system proven in hundreds of banking and shipping environments around the world and as an effective deterrent against fraud and theft and is available for immediate deployment. the system is based on our innovative Cargo Cam which is used to secure air cargo operations by American Airlines, British Airways, Cargo Airport Services, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, FedEx, JAL, Lufthansa, and others. Authorized agencies also use Regiscope Systems to check personnel IDs against the DHS "No Fly" List.
