Indirect Air Carriers (IACs)


Indirect Air Carriers, Air Carriers, Certified Cargo Screening Facilities and Motor Carriers are all part of the Air Cargo supply chain and must comply with the 100% cargo screening mandate established by Congress and implemented and enforced by the TSA. Complying with the mandate while simultaneously maintaining profits and limiting exposure to claims, penalties and fines is paramount to running a successful operation.

Regiscope Solution: Implementing the Regiscope Cargo Cam and Screening Cam solution at your Air Cargo facility or Certified Cargo Screening Facility streamlines and automates the driver verification and acceptance process, documents transactions through the capture of driver images, ID images, AWB images, AWB numbers, piece count and weight. Internet Protocol (IP) cameras capture the actual screening of the cargo and tie it to the specific Air Waybill number. Driver acceptance records are automatically printed for inclusion in the cargo flight folders. Screening Logs are digitally maintained. All information is kept in a secure System of Record on Regiscope's "Secure High Availability" servers. The web-based reporting functionality allows for real time viewing of activities by management, as well as retrieval of activity reports by AWB number, video of screening process by AWB number, Screening Logs by date and carrier, and Driver Logs.
